No, you can purchase as a Guest however if you do create an account it means that you:

link which allows you to request a new password.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
On the relavant product page it will clearly state if an item is out of stock along with an expected restock date please
email email@example.com if you wish to preorder an item.
What payment methods does Beau accept?
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and
authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise the payment to Beau, we will not be liable
for any delay or non-delivery.
How do I know you have received my order and when will payment be taken?
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Payments will be debited and cleared
from your account prior to the dispatch of your order.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (subject to availability). Estimated delivery times are to be used as
a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. For the EU and Rest of the World Beau will not be
responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We process payment via SagePay who take all reasonable care to make their payment site is secure.

We take security seriously and have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to

however guarantee the security of your information transferred to our site. This website, its content and any contracts
arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by
entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, we require a signature for any goods delivered. Once signed for, all liability becomes that of the purchaser.
If you have specified a recipient to sign on your behalf, then you accept that their signature is evidence of receipt
at that delivery address.
Can I return my order?
We hope you will be pleased with your goods. If you are not happy with your item we are happy for you to return
the item. We will process a refund for unused items (excluding delivery costs) or exchange items
under the Beau returns policy.
To return any items you must:
1. Send an email within 7 working days of receiving your order to our Customer Care Department firstname.lastname@example.org
detailing why you wish to return the order. If you wish to exchange the item please highlight this in the email.
2. Ensure you quote your order number, full name and billing address on your email.
3. On receipt of your email our Customer Care will provide you with the returns address or if preferred we can arrange a collection
using our collection service - charged at £4.99 Please do not raise a collection if you have not received authorisation from us first.
4. Fill in the returns form online.
5. Return the order to us. We recommend that you insure the parcel as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the
goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive the item. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain
proof of sending and a tracking number.
6. The order must be returned to us unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging and with all elements included.
The products will be inspected on return and a refund will be given provided goods are received in accordance with these conditions.
7. If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned item Beau will give you a full refund of the amount paid
(excluding delivery cost) or an exchange/credit as required. We endeavor to process refunds and exchanges as soon as
possible but please allow a maximum of 21 working days. We can only refund the card used for the original payment.
