Knowing you have nine whole months to plan for the arrival of your baby, be sure to take advantage of your spare time. Take extra naps, wake up later than usual, pamper yourself by spending hours in scented baths, enjoying a massage or rubbing soothing lotions into your growing bump - remember to share these moments with your partner by requesting a foot massage.
2. BREAKDOWN WALLS
Talk about your pregnancy with your friends and family. It's amazing how pregnancy can break down walls and bring people closer to people. You may find you develop a closer relationship with sisters, cousins or friends who are parents themselves.

5. REMEMBER AND CHERISH THE MOMENT
Cherish your pregnancy and find ways to connect with your baby growing inside of you, talk, read and sing to your growing bump, it may feel weird at first but
